Claudia Reynolds, M.A. Ed., Special Education, New Zealand
Claudia has over a decade of experience teaching children with diverse learning needs in New
Zealand. Inspired by Digiuncle’s resources, she earned a Master of Arts in Special Education
from the University of the Philippines, where she developed a thesis and instructional video
focusing on self-help skills for children with special needs. She is trained in TEACCH, DIR
Floortime, and PECS, while also engaging in professional workshops on ABA, Visual Strategies,
Think Social, and sensory integration. Currently, she is pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in
Education from the University of Sunderland to further strengthen her expertise in international
education.
Melissa Hartman, M.S.N., A.P.R.N., Neuropsychiatric Research
Melissa is an independent consultant specializing in clinical research operations and trial
management. As a founder and legacy owner of the Neuropsychiatric Research Center, she has
overseen more than 100 clinical trials. Her nursing background spans psychiatry, neurology,
general medicine, and neurocognitive disorders. With over 20 years of neuropsychiatric care
and CNS clinical trial experience, Melissa is also a recognized lecturer and mental health
advocate. She has served in leadership roles for numerous advocacy organizations, is a
member of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals and the American Psychiatric
Nurses Association, and is deeply involved in community causes. She is also the proud mother
of two children.
Michael Harrington, B.F.A., M.F.A., Cinema Director & Producer
Michael is an Emmy-nominated film director and producer with a career spanning collaborations with Walt Disney Productions, New York Lintas Worldwide, and countless award-winning commercials and short films. He has worked with public figures like George Strait, Russell Wilson, and Woody Harrelson, while also teaching film at Columbia College Chicago and Branded Entertainment at Ringling College of Art and Design. Today, Michael continues to teach, produce, and direct diverse projects that connect storytelling with powerful social impact.
Jameson Carter, M.A., Health Services Administration & Outsider Artist
With over 40 years in healthcare administration and communications, Jameson brings deep
expertise and creative passion to Digiuncle. He holds a Master’s in Health Services
Administration and a Bachelor’s in Rehabilitation Education from the University of Wisconsin.
His career includes leadership in medical rehabilitation hospitals and board service with
organizations like the Madison Public Market Foundation and Work Opportunities in Rural
Communities (WORC).
Ethan Morales, Writer & Autism Advocate
Ethan brings both personal and professional dedication to Digiuncle. As the brother of Jeff
Sprecher — whose needs helped inspire Digiuncle’s earliest programs — Ethan was often the
“model” in video lessons teaching academics, self-help, and social skills. His unique
perspective, rooted in lived family experience, fuels his advocacy and writing.
Dr. Brian Keller, Pediatric Neurologist
Dr. Brian Keller is a pediatric neurologist at Golisano Children’s Hospital in Southwest Florida,
specializing in children with neurologic challenges such as autism, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and
paroxysmal disorders.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Texas Christian University, he went on to earn his M.D. at the
University of Texas San Antonio before completing residency training in Pediatric Neurology at
the University of Colorado. His career reflects a deep commitment to helping neurodiverse
children achieve growth and success.
